Three ways to engage

Work With Me

I build what I recommend. The person telling you what to do is the person who has to make it work.

Work starts with a business problem and a number attached to it, and anything I build has to move that number. One fixed-fee assessment, then a build only if the assessment says there is one worth doing. No retainer required to start, and no price on this page — the shape of the work sets it.

Start here

The Assessment

Two to three weeks. Fixed fee, agreed before we start.

You get a ranked list of five to eight operational bottlenecks, each with a dollar figure attached, and one recommended pilot with a written success threshold.

The fee is the same whether I recommend building something or not. I don't credit it against implementation work, because a consultant who earns more when the answer is "yes, build it" can't give you an honest "no."

Then

Build and Validate

Four to eight weeks, project-priced, billed against milestones. The smallest working system that hits the threshold we set. Ends with a written validate-or-stop decision and full handover.

Ongoing

Fractional Technology Leadership

Monthly retainer. Roughly two days a month. Vendor evaluation, roadmap, and being the technical person in the room when you're making a decision you can't easily reverse.

For operators who don't need a CTO and shouldn't hire one yet.

How it flows

Assess, build, validate — then stop or scale

The engagement flow: Assess, Build, Validate, then Stop or ScaleA flow diagram: Assess leads to Build, which leads to Validate. Validate branches two ways — one path ends at Stop, the other proceeds to Scale, which continues to Fractional technology leadership.AssessBuildValidateSTOPScaleFRACTIONAL

Who this is for

Multi-site operators, three to fifteen locations, who have real operational pain and no internal technology leadership.

Who this isn't for

Venture-backed startups (hire, don't consult). Anyone who wants "an AI strategy" without a specific problem. Anyone whose first question is about SEO or social media.
